Added an abreviated moment of Bilbo vouching for Thorin in Laketown to help their friendship Added some more discussion with Beorn about Orcs and evilness to help explain Gandalf's disappearance Removed a lot of unnecesary shots and generic action (mainly Azog related, war chariots) without hurting the flow, thus I now have some space to add things back in Additionally, the ISO version has not been posted, this will take some time. Unfortunately, this means the torrent is now out of date, and whoever started it needs to update the file. See the full update log within the main Google Drive link if you want to read the full list of changes. The edit has been UPDATED, all download links are the same & still at the bottom of this page. Since then, I did one last revision released on September 1st, 2023 after taking one more look at the project. Since then, the edit has gone through numerous revisions and adjustments to be as seamless and professional as possible until finally being completed as of December 24th 2021, two and a half years later. I started this project on June 19th 2019, where I initially edited the trilogy with the book at my side, page by page. As a result, I have created a new presentation of what a standalone "extended" Hobbit movie could have been like, which I find to be a more enjoyable and emotionally impactful adaptation for all audiences to enjoy. Not only did I make this project for us purist Tolkien fans, but also for casual audiences who may just prefer a more digestible and focused narrative, regardless of the book. As a huge fan of the book who also wanted to enjoy the film version, I decided to edit the movies down to fit with what Tolkien wrote, which coincided with rectifying all of said critiques. I felt that the trilogy had "too much," whether it be all the sideplots, CGI, action, or its overall length.A fan edit that combines Peter Jackson's The Hobbit trilogy into a more captivating faithfully adapted single-movie experience.
